Su teclado tiene la distribución History of the U.S, pero tanto el sistema operativo como el teclado se puede cambiar al español, aunque los símbolos en las teclas no coincidirán 100% con lo que muestra el teclado. 

El sistema operativo está en modo S, eso significa que solo te permite instalar programas desde la Windows store. Sin boycott se puede pasar del modo S a widows home de forma muy fácil, yo hice una búsqueda en Google y encontré como cambiarlo. 

Por lo tanto no es necesario comprar la licencia de Windows star porque la PC ya tiene una de Windows home.
